From a young age, I was drawn to meditation, the exploration of consciousness, and self-expansion. My journey led me to herbal school and six years of intensive Ayurveda study, followed by travels across Canada and living on islands, before settling in Waterloo. Music has always been a passion; I compose and play regularly.
In my professional life, I work from a clinic in downtown Kitchener, dedicated to helping people in any way possible. I am a certified meditation teacher through a group of monks I have closely collaborated with since 2016. In recognition of my commitment and leadership, I was appointed Bhukti Pradhan by Ananda Marga, a group of monks on the Path of Bliss. As a Bhukti Pradhan, I guide the spiritual and social activities within my community, promoting a blissful life through self-realization and service.
